How does your team use video in customer communications and marketing?

Facetime is a valuable tool and for the Android users, simple videos seem to do the trick.

We use DriveCentric at all stores, which had video capabilities baked in.  As part of the BDC process, a personal video is sent to new leads.  We know it distinguishes us from the competition. Last month my Toyota store BDC sent out over 1300 videos to consumers.  Example below:

We also as part of our process for shooting vehicles also take a video of the vehicle, both new and used.  All videos are uploaded to youtube as well on servers for our website usage:
