Hi Stephan - currently we are not able to merge duplicate customers in the customers tab. The best practice for this would be to work both until you can confirm that one is a duplicate. After confirming that one is a duplicate mark that one as a Status of Closed:Lost and add an internal note saying duplicate customer so anyone looking at the customer page will know why that customer was marked as a lost sale.
